職位描述

Key Responsibilities:
? Achieve the assigned sales target for Verder-Scientific products in the assigned region.
? Work closely with the application, marketing and service functional teams to meet the need of customers in the assigned territory.
? Develop and maintain the end-user in duty area, build good customer relationship.
? Builds, analyses and understands business trends to look for opportunities to improve current sales within assigned regions.
? Evaluates market trends and gathers competitive information, identifies trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
? Collaborates with other teams within the company to implement strategies, identify and address cross-selling and synergistic business opportunities and overcome obstacles.
? Ensures all activities are carried out in accordance with Verder policies and applicable laws.
? 完成所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域內(nèi)弗爾德科學(xué)儀器產(chǎn)品的銷(xiāo)售目標(biāo)。
? 與應(yīng)用，市場(chǎng)和服務(wù)部門(mén)緊密合作，以滿足指定區(qū)域內(nèi)客戶的需求。
? 開(kāi)發(fā)和維護(hù)工作區(qū)域內(nèi)的終端用戶，建立良好的客戶關(guān)系。
? 建立，分析和理解業(yè)務(wù)趨勢(shì)，尋找機(jī)會(huì)提高當(dāng)前區(qū)域的銷(xiāo)售。
? 評(píng)估市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì)，收集競(jìng)爭(zhēng)信息，確定影響當(dāng)前和未來(lái)區(qū)域銷(xiāo)售和盈利增長(zhǎng)的趨勢(shì)。
? 與公司內(nèi)其他團(tuán)隊(duì)合作，實(shí)施戰(zhàn)略，識(shí)別和解決交叉銷(xiāo)售和協(xié)同業(yè)務(wù)機(jī)會(huì)，克服障礙。
? 確保所有的活動(dòng)都按照弗爾德的政策和適用的法律進(jìn)行。 Requirements: ? Bachelor’s degree and above major in Biology, Medicine, Pharmacy or relevant fields. ? Strong sales and marketing experience with 1 – 3 years of experience in the field of scientific instrument or laboratory products. ? Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese. ? Good learning attitude and ability to learn products’ applications and give clear presentation to customers on products, solutions and applications. ? Good at CRM and Microsoft Office (word, excel, PPT, etc.). ? A good team player and active in communication. ? Passionate and Self-motivation and work independently. ? Accept frequent business trip. ? 本科及以上學(xué)歷，生物、醫(yī)學(xué)、藥學(xué)或相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)。 ? 較強(qiáng)的銷(xiāo)售和市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，在科學(xué)儀器或?qū)嶒?yàn)室產(chǎn)品領(lǐng)域有1 - 3年的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 ? 良好的中英文溝通能力。 ? 良好的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度和能力，了解產(chǎn)品的應(yīng)用，并清楚地向客戶介紹產(chǎn)品、解決方案和應(yīng)用。 ? 熟練使用CRM軟件和Office辦公軟件(word, excel, PPT等)。 ? 良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神和溝通能力。 ? 熱情，自我激勵(lì)，獨(dú)立工作。 ? 接受經(jīng)常出差。
